Embodied Flow Immersion
Advanced Level Embodied Flow Track
Led by Tara Judelle
Immersions are four or five day long comprehensive introductions into the world of Embodied Flow. Each one is curated to expose the practitioner to the realm of somatic experiencing, tantric philosophy, and flow in asana.
Embodied Flow aims to tap into the entirety of awareness presence by cultivating an ever-deepening knowledge of the Self. By directing our awareness on systems of the body, fluency and flexibility of the mind, and authentic expression of the voice we seek to develop the three-dimensional Self. This immersive dive into world of Embodied Flow is designed for those that want to segue from other systems of yoga into the advanced training or for those practitioners and teachers that which to enhance their knowledge of the body through the world of embodied anatomy. The topics covered will deepen the understanding and scope of those that have taken previous Embodied Flow programs and complement previous immersions.
Our immersions draw on meditation, contemplation, free movement, asana, partner work, initiating asana flows from different body systems (skeletal, organ, endocrine, muscular, developmental, nervous system), pranayama, and movement all aimed at awakening the body.
