Embodied Flow Immersion: The Liquid Body
Led by Tara Judelle
Embodied Flow is a continuum of movement and expression drawing from the discoveries of hatha, tantric and somatic movement systems to experience yoga as a living art form. Both philosophy and method, Embodied Flow training and practice provide the technology and pathways to a deep sense of ease, strength, and connectivity in the human form, empowering practitioners to be their own greatest teacher. Our aim is to allow for greater agency, flexibility resilience and flow as facilitating awareness in their entire body-mind, to experience and remain connected to the unified field.
This immersion is designed for those Embodied Flow™ practitioners who have either previously taken an immersion, studied with an Embodied Flow affiliated teacher, have experience with the world of somatics, or those advanced practitioners that wish to deepen the conversation of yoga.
The days are planned to further the experience of meditation, free movement, asana, and skillful flow between the three aspects of movement in the liquid body.
About the experience
Immersions are intended to create a comprehensive dive into the landscape of Embodied Flow™. The content of this immersion is designed to expand the felt sense of flow by integrating the principles of Embodied Flow into the sense of being a Fluid being in a fluid matrix.
The mornings start with journaling, meditation, and asana, and free movement. Afternoons, we’ll break down the methodology, philosophy and create a laboratory for exploring new material.
The immersion utilizes the mind of the group to create a unique expression of the material, that will change and evolve as the group does.
Topics covered will include but are not limited to:
• Developmental pathways, (embryological, evolutionary)
• Fluids
• Kinespheres
• Planes of dimensionality
• Fascial lines
• Tantric Philosophy
• and continuation of topics covered in earlier meetings of the material
Every immersion is a co-creation between the facilitator and the participants with the intention to move the entire group mind deeper into conversation with the Self. Experienced practitioners are invited to come and participate from where they now sit in the conversation, and newer practitioners are invited to meet the experience where they are at.
The immersions count towards continuing education points with the Yoga Alliance.
