Prerequisite
If you are seeking a 500h certification with Yoga Alliance you will need to have a previous 200h Training recognized by Yoga Alliance. Further prerequisites:
Attendance of Body Module
Minimum 2 years of consistent yoga practice
Minimum 1 year of regular meditation practice

Some experience in other movement modalities like Body-Mind Centering, 5Rhythm, Gaga People, Feldenkrais, Laban, Bartenieff or similar.
CERTIFICATION
This is a Yoga Alliance-certified training. If this is important to you and you wish to receive a 300-hour certificate that counts towards a 500h RYT, you will need to attend all three modules Body, Mind and Expression and their components. Live online sessions are mandatory to meet the required hours for each module.
To apply for a 500h RYT with Yoga Alliance you will also need a previous Yoga Alliance certified 200h training.
Location for in-person immersions
Okreblue Yoga Center in Filizi - Santa Maria, Greece
Okreblue is located at Filízi beach, with sand dunes, aged cedar forests, “secret” coves and clear waters next to the long sandy beach of Santa Maria.
The owners of Okreblue have created an intimate home for our retreat, free from distraction, with simple, comfortable rooms, delicious organic meals, and a spacious yoga shala.
The immersion includes brunch and dinner. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. Please indicate on your application any dietary restrictions or food allergies. All meals are served at Coretta Cafe, prepared by head chef Angelo. Most ingredients come directly from Okreblue’s gardens

Room Share Policy:
When booking a shared room while traveling alone, we will do our best to couple you with another same-sex participant that is traveling solo too. In case this is not possible, you will be required to upgrade to a single room. People are coupled based on the order in which bookings come in. So when you book early, there is a high chance that you can share the room with another participant.
