The Body Symphony - A Weekend of Embodied Flow Movement

As a weekend that is designed for our Advanced Yoga & Somatics 300-hour students, we have decided to open the morning practices for those practitioners who want to re-enter the Art of Embodied Flow or even experience them for the first time.

Bring a meditation cushion, paper, and pen, and be ready with an improvised prop collection which may include if available inflatable balls, rubberbands, or scarfs.  Dress comfortably for movement.
All classes will focus on free movement.
