Journey to Self Online Weekend with Tara Judelle
Online Daily Schedule: 9:00 - 11:00 am CET (click on the times to see your corresponding timezone)
One of the more exciting additions to our curriculum and study for the last four years has been the interweaving of somatic psychology and Internal Family Systems.
In looking for increasing ways to integrate a grounded, sourced Self Energy, (known as Atmā in yoga) with the aspects of ourselves that may feel less sourced: parts that may be traumatized, critical, judgemental or hidden, we have leaned into Practices for Nurturing this Self.
Using the psychological methodology of Internal Family Systems as a way to clarify aspects of our personality that may have become subconsciously ingrained, we will play in a 3-day somatic journey that brings to the foreground an embodied way of looking at Internal Family Systems parts in relationship to the energy of Self.
While this weekend in its entirety is part of our Mind Module, we have decided to open the morning practices for those that are curious in unpacking or spending time with their own inner family. In each 2.5-hour class we will use journaling, meditation, and movement to clarify and befriend the various parts of our personality so they can become integrated into the whole that advocates for and expresses itself as the full spectrum of what you are.
Due to the nature of the material we are working with, it is only possible to join the full weekend and not single class.
